Property Management

In the typical role, the Property Manager is the liaison between the owner and the tenant, handling the day to day needs of the property, minimizing vacancies and maximizing the bottom line for the owner. This includes accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, marketing the property and providing a buffer for the owner desiring to distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
