When we manage a project, our team develops a project manual that defines responsibilities, authorities and procedures. (Any Project Manuals we prepare reflects the clients procedures.) We also establish an automated management information system to support timely record keeping and to facilitate communication. We typically administer design and construction contracts including: receipt of insurance certificates, checking of invoices and contract changes. Meeting minutes of weekly job meetings and monthly Project Status Reports are used to record and distribute information.
