Peggy has over 25 years experience in facility management and design. She currently leads FM Solution’s Facility Consulting Group. Peggy has worked as a Facility Manager for a major Arizona utility organization with a portfolio of 2-million SF. Prior to her Facility Management experience, Peggy led the interior design group for a large architectural firm specializing in commercial office, healthcare and educational facilities.

DLC was in the process of downsizing and Peggy created new space standards that led to the identification of which buildings should be kept and which should be sold or leased. Created significant savings in DLC's portfolio. Developed a budget for building maintenance and capitol renewal.
Raytheon Building Consolidation, Tucson, Arizona
Led a multi-disciplined team providing design and project management for the consolidation of departments onto the Tucson campus from multiple leased facilities.
Salt River Project (SRP), Various Southwest Locations
Created and implemented a multi-year facility mater plan for the acquisition and utilization of corporate property assets that resulted in reducing 70,000 SF of space, a $128-million book value and $20-million per year operating cost savings.
Lexington Fayette Urban County Government, Lexington, Kentucky
Developed a 10-year master plan for Lexington’s downtown facility assets. An evaluation was performed of its current space utilization, interviews and facility assessments were completed. A report of the financial impact of the master plan was presented along with a detailed cost estimation for implementation of the plan. Square footage of the project scope was over 536,000 SF and valued at over $55-million.
Mesa County Colorado, Grand Junction, Colorado
Developed a master plan for the administrative, Health Services County Courts and Public Works spaces. Created new space standards, budgets and a schedule for the projects over the 10 years.
City of Olathe, Olathe, Kansas
Developed a 10-year master plan for the City of Olathe's Courts, Police and Public Works facilities. Developed new space standards, budgets and a schedule for the projects over the decade. Created tools to allow the master plan to be easily updated by the City as needed.
City of Flagstaff Space Planning Project, Flagstaff Arizona
Served as the lead for a team that assessed buildings owned and/or maintained by the City of Flagstaff. A 10-year master plan for these facilities is currently being developed based on building assessments, interviews, and a space utilization analysis. The master plan will provide detailed cost estimates for implementation along with multiple options for the City to review.
