Coconino County, Arizona
Conducted facility assessments of over 60 buildings owned and/or maintained by the county. Assessments included rating the condition of the buildings, rating mechanical systems within the building and recording the functional activities that take place in the buildings. Bubba is currently developing Facility Condition Indices from this data which will determine each facility’s role in the county’s overall master plan.
Duquesne Light Company, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Served as a member of the design team and was responsible for the facility consolidation of the largest power supplier in the Pittsburgh area. The project entailed the relocation of over 268,000 SF of shop space, storage space and administrative space. Parking recommendations were also developed for the already congested sites.
Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Lexington, Kentucky Actively participated as a member of the consulting team that evaluated and developed a 10-year master plan for LFUCG’s downtown facility assets. A comprehensive evaluation of LFUCG's current space utilization, interviews and facility assessments was completed. From this data the financial impacts were incorporated into the master plan, along with a detailed cost estimate for implementation. Square footage of the project scope was over 536,000 SF and was valued at over $55 million.
