Facility condition assessments range from high level to very detailed, designed to cater to the client's needs and budget. A typical evaluation of a facility documents the following:

A formal report is then prepared and summary condition sheets are provided documenting FM Solutions findings based upon the above inspections. Depending on the level of the assessment, Facility Condition Indices can be created along with budgetary figures to support necessary capital projects required to reach target FCI levels.
