Overview: 

Heather’s background includes extensive experience with commercial design projects utilizing her 15 years in the commercial facilities industry.
She has 12 years experience as a project manager responsible for managing the space planning, design, asset management, specification and final installation of on-going projects.  By utilizing her skills, Heather achieves the most efficient use of space, and client resources resulting in lower overall operating expenses without sacrificing client comfort, increases efficiency and reduces overhead costs.  Heather’s technical expertise and leadership capabilities have contributed to a number of successful facilities projects for both small and large facilities.

Her experience includes developing schedules, managing corporate tenant improvements, IT and Security coordination, and employee relocations.  Heather has worked with a wide variety of office furniture systems including Haworth, Knoll, Herman Miller and Steelcase.

Pinnacle West Design Services
Member of the On-site project manager team for Arizona Public Service responsible for day to day management of design, construction, I.T. coordination and move management for ongoing project support for 1.5 million sf of Corporate Office, Business Office and Service Center space throughout the state of Arizona. 
Managed and approved space planning, furniture design, specification, and delivery and installation schedules. Provided asset management via on-line inventory database for project design and layout of over 100,000 sf of APS properties.

APS Operations Center
Coordinated the relocation for 75 employees, furniture, fixtures, and equipment in a total of 15,000 sf involving three facilities in the Prescott area.  Assisted APS personnel with procedures and logistics of closing one business office location, and the subsequent transition to a new office building.

Speedfam International
Provided Design services, space planning, furniture specification, and product delivery and installation schedule administration for a multi-structure 200,000 sf facility including corporate offices, workstations, training areas, and conference rooms.

America West Arena
Provided Design services, space planning, furniture specification, and product delivery and installation schedule administration as member of a design team, to renovate the 50,000 sf Phoenix Suns Corporate Offices and multi-media, conference room.
