CAFM

Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) leverages the PC to automate the collection and maintenance of Facilities Management information. CAFM systems combine and analyze complex data to improve facility management practices throughout a variety of industries including government, healthcare, educational, commercial, and industrial environments. The CAFM system gives decision makers the ability to automate many of the data-intensive facility management functions and typically results in continuous cost savings and improved utilization of assets through-out their entire lifecycle.

Furniture Design and Specs

Furniture has evolved from a static piece of a decorative necessity to a working functional piece of equipment.  Within an environment the furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) package has the ability to support successful interior and architectural elements.  Furniture of today is multi-functional and supports technology and collaboration.  Furniture should reflect the organizations spirit, culture and personal aesthetics.

 

Considering funiture within the design phase is the most economical approach to creating a successful and fully integrated environment.  The furniture selection process includes working within economic parameters to define the budget, assemble a schedule, select furniture and finishes, prepare drawings and furniture specifications, and coordinating the bidding process to ensure the best price

Tenant Improvement

FM Solutions defines tenant improvements as projects that transform the interior space of an existing building into a working environment that reflects the spirit of an organization.  Each project is approached from the standpoint of what is best for our client’s investment.

 

Every organization and project is unique and our process is designed in a way to accommodate individual client needs.  Our approach and suggestions reflect the interest of the organization.  In some cases the interest may encompass as little as a three year lease, a temporary facility or a transitional space.  In other cases the interest is as long term as a 20 year lease or the purchase of a new facility.  As a team, we work with you from the conception of the process until after you are moved into the facility to ensure a successful transition into your new space.
